SHIPPING SCHEDULE Orders placed by 11am generally ship the same business day. Giftwrap may delay shipipng by up to 2 days.  Orders with standard shipping will ship either via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail service. The map below shows estimated times in transit for both services.  Please note that orders shipping to PO Boxes will ship via Priority Mail and oversized orders will have to ship via Parcel Post.  Orders shipping to AK or Hawaii ship via Priority Mail and do not qualify for our free shipping offers. These are estimated transit times for standard shipping from our location in Michigan.  Orders placed by 11am generally ship the next business day. Gift wrap orders may incur a 1-2 day delay. Expedited Shipping: We discount UPS 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air.  You will automatically be offered appropriate classes of expedited service at checkout in addition to standard shipping option.  All charges are based on your order's specific destination Zip Code.  Consequently, our rates are very reasonable.  If you choose to expedite, you will know your exact cost before final Checkout. Free Gift Wrap: We gift wrap boxed items at no charge. If gift wrap is specified for non-boxed animals & figures, we will package them together in a gift box & wrap them according to your choice of wrapping paper.  Opting for gift wrapping may delay the processing of an order by up to three days. Some oversized items are noted as being ineligible for gift wrapping. We do not use misleading sales practices, such as: Displaying large numbers of products, which we do not regularly stock, at artificially low prices. Displaying items, that are known to be out of stock, at prices lower than our regular selling prices. Displaying products that will take from 2 to 6 weeks to ship. Accepting orders for products that we do not have on hand as of the time the order is received.
