Our toll free help desk number is 1-800-551-PLAY (7529 x7). We monitor this line during our active business hours at our Berkley, Michigan retail store. See store information. During hours when we are not open for business, callers are invited to leave a message, which will be acted upon promptly during the next business day. If a message contains important details or complex questions, then it is advisable to email us rather than leaving a voicemail.

Order Tracking

We use a variety of mailing and package delivery services offered by FedEx and USPS. All of these services provide dependable tracking information. We provide this tracking information as part of our Shipping confirmation email. Occasionally a customer’s spam filters will intercept our order confirmation and/or our shipping confirmation, so be sure to look there if you haven't received one. More about shipping.

Part Replacement

Occasionally a new product will arrive missing a part. Please contact us so we can take quick action to correct the situation. Many times the missing part can be dispatched directly to you by the manufacturer. In other instances we may send a replacement product and pay postage to have the faulty product returned.

Easy Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchases, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:
- Any toy item in its original condition
- Any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us prior to returning a defective or damaged item as we may send a pre-paid shipping label.
