Orders over $49 ship
free by
standard shipping.
We charge a $5 flat shipping fee for orders under $49**.
**We are not a wholesaler:
Accordingly, we reserve the right to limit quantities or
cancel any order, where we have reason to believe that a
customer is exploiting our family friendly pricing
policies. Should we determine that certain items
priced over $15 are being ordered in excessively high
quantities by the same party, we may offer to fulfill
the order after assessing an additional, mutually
agreeable, shipping charge.
Order turn-around:
Orders in by 11am generally ship the same business day.
We work fast! Gift
wrapping may delay shipment by 1 business day.
FREE Standard Shipping:
Most orders under 4 lbs ship via USPS Priority Mail
while orders over 4 lbs generally ship via UPS ground.
However, we reserve the right to ship such orders via
either UPS ground OR USPS Priority Mail service.
The times in transit of each service are similar and we
provide helpful estimates based on your location at
checkout (and in service map below).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your
order ships containing your shipping method and tracking
number.
Our Free standard shipping and $5 flat shipping offers
do not apply to orders shipping to AK or HI.
Expedited Shipping:
We discount UPS 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day
Air. You will automatically be offered appropriate
classes of expedited service at checkout in addition to
standard shipping option. All charges are based on
your order's specific destination Zip Code.
Consequently, our rates are very reasonable. If
you choose to expedite, you will know your exact cost
before final Checkout.

Over-Sized Items:
A few items,
which are clearly oversized, do incur a nominal shipping
surcharge. You will see any such charges up front
(before adding the item to your cart). We want you
to have a pleasant shopping experience without any
surprises at checkout!

Gift Wrap:
Gift-wrap is totally free. If
gift wrap is specified for small, loose items (such as
animals & figures), we will package them together in a
gift box & wrap them according to your choice of
wrapping paper. Opting for gift wrapping may delay
the processing of an order by 1 day. Some
oversized items are noted as being ineligible for gift
wrapping.
